1. Description of the Service
Ethernal One is a platform that allows users to register messages on the blockchain. Published content is stored on-chain permanently. This means that once recorded, it cannot be edited, deleted, or modified by the user or the operator. The platform acts as an interface to create, view, and explore these records, as well as related features such as sharing, discovery, or generation of representations (for example, PDFs or QR codes).
2. Permanent Nature of Content
By publishing a message, you acknowledge and agree that: The content will be stored on a public blockchain network It cannot be deleted or modified afterward It may remain publicly accessible indefinitely You should carefully consider this permanence before publishing any content.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must not publish content that: Is illegal or unlawful Infringes third-party rights Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening Promotes hate, violence, or harmful activities Violates the privacy of third parties You are also advised not to publish sensitive personal information about yourself or third parties.

The operator reserves the right to: Hide or mark content as censored in the public interface Restore previously hidden content Suspend or restrict user access Block associated addresses or accounts Moderation is performed at the operator's discretion, and review of all published content is not guaranteed. Hiding or censoring affects only the platform interface and does not imply deletion of content from the blockchain.

The operator may take the necessary measures in case of breach of these terms, including cooperation with authorities when required by applicable law.
6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
The service can be paid for by card (processed by Stripe) or in ETH from your wallet. Card payments: the displayed price is final and includes the operator fee and network costs. No crypto assets are delivered to or held for the user at any time. Wallet payments include base protocol costs, operator fees and network fees (gas). The service consists of the immediate execution of an irreversible digital action: recording your message permanently on a public blockchain. Right of withdrawal: by giving your express consent at checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once your message is recorded on the blockchain, the service is fully performed and the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 103.a of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU). If a card payment is completed but the recording cannot be performed, the payment is refunded in full through the original payment method. Once the message is recorded on the blockchain, the service has been delivered and no refund is possible. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

The user acknowledges that: Every record is authorized with the user's own cryptographic signature — from their wallet, or from the secure key tied to their email session when paying by card. In the card flow the platform submits the transaction on the user's behalf and pays the network fees; no crypto assets are ever delivered to or held for the user Transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled once confirmed Network fees (gas) are variable and do not depend on the operator The availability and operation of the blockchain is not guaranteed The user is solely responsible for the content they authorize for recording.
